My mission is to help others through the giving of information and wisdom gained through life experience, life-long learning and sharing of ideas. If something I have shared has made your life better in any way, then I have achieved my mission today.
I live
in Louisville Kentucky with my wife, Karen, and two daughters, Stephanie
and Samantha. I am a New Yorker who migrated to Maryland and ended up in
Louisville at the end of 2003.
Currently
I work in the customer service management industry.
Over the last ten years, I worked at Newview Technologies (e-STEEL
Corporation), Heartland Payment Systems and most recently I work for Marsh & McLennan
Companies' MGTI (MMC Global Technology Initiative) Global Service Desk.
My education includes an Associates Degree from SUNY
at Buffalo, a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and I
completed my MBA from the University of Phoenix. I am also a certified Technical Writer as well as a
published author. My first book on self-help will be available in spring
2009. Over the last few years, I have become a lifelong learner and read relentlessly
through the year, focusing on business, self help, spiritual growth,
leadership, management and marketing information.
I am a voracious reader, and have
finished over 300 self-help, business, leadership, spiritual, religious,
management, psychology, and miscellaneous other non-fiction books. For
more information, visit my books read list below.
Then, using this knowledge, I help others through coaching, mentoring
and consulting. Most of this work is one on one although I do work with
teams.
I love helping people.
